Description: We are a couple in our mid 20s currently looking for a trustworthy, professional person, mid to late 20s or early 30s, to share a gorgeous 2 double bedroom apartment in Belgrave Gardens, St Johns Wood with us. A non-smoker. Must be clean, tidy and considerate. Only a 10 min walk from St Johns Wood tube (without heels) and about a 7 min walk from Kilburn Park. Regents Park is about 10 mins and the bus routes are pretty good as well (189, 139, 31, 332, 82, 113, 13); Baker St is just 8 mins by bus (2 lines of 24hrs buses at 50 metres)! The room is a good sized double room (4.37m x 3.05m) complete with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of draws, side tables and a large sash window. The kitchen is in an alcove off the living room and has all the necessary mod cons as well as sliding doors that close it off from the living room. The living room is spacious with a bay window, table and chairs, sofa, TV with freeview and BT Wireless Internet. Bathroom is clean and relatively new as well. Shower is over the bath with shower curtain. Rent is £735 pcm. Westminster Council (only £23 a month each!).
