The flat is a LGF flat in a Victorian terrace in a fantastic location, with good bus links, and a 20 to 30 min walk to Fulham Broadway, High Street Kensington, and Hammersmith with gorgeous pubs down by the river. There are also lots of local shops, a chemist, doctors surgery, etc. The flat has a large, high ceiling-ed lounge with two sofas, original fireplace and a dining table, a small kitchen but fully kitted out with washing machine, cooker, fridge, dishwasher, and a separate freezer. All kitchen equipment, cutlery, pans, glasses, plates etc provided with the flat. There is a nice bathroom with bath and shower, and gas heating provided by a brand new condenser boiler, so hot water on demand and very efficient. Broadband, wireless internet is also provided.
There is a small, secure yard at the back with a wooden bench, which is very pretty in the summer, with access from both bedrooms. The flat also keeps lovely and cool in the summer.
