Appointment Services
Flatland is London's original lettings appointment service. We have been successfully accommodating people all over the capital since 1971. During the last thirty six years we have secured a large and growing network of landlords throughout London: Major private landlords who own large Victorian houses converted into flats, smaller individual landlords, landlords agents and property companies (hereinafter referred to as the Landlord). We have properties ranging from £50 to £1000 per week.
Flatland is an Introduction Lettings Agency. Our role is to make you appointments to view properties, and put you in contact with the many Landlords that we work with.
Once you have signed up to our service, you will have unlimited appointments for up to three months, or until you are accommodated. We provide you with a special Hotline number, open from 10am - 7pm everyday, and you can call as often as you like to get more appointments from our consultants. You can also come into the office to meet with our friendly staff, who will make appointments for you from there. We would always advise you to contact us on the day that you wish to have appointments, so that we can ensure you receive the most up to date property listings.
Our staff are always here to help. In addition to making your appointments, they can provide you with maps, travel directions and, if you are a little unsure of what you are looking for, they will give you advice as to what to look for in which areas and what to expect for your budget.
