There was only one tenant before us so it is clean and beautiful with a skylight and double doors opening onto a private patio. The flat is located just 10 minute walk from Parliament Hill, Hampstead Heath, and Camden! It is the ideal flat for two friends, a single person or a couple with a shower in the flat and a toilet outside the flat which is shared with one other flat (with a cleaner included in the rent, meaning your flat never smells and someone else takes care of the toilet cleaning!). The neighbors are quiet and the flat is also quiet as it is in the back of the house and away from the street. The flat is available for rent immediately as we are moving. The landlord is fantastic-he responds within the day to any calls or texts and will literally come the same day if we have any concerns. He recently replaced the bed and the heater in our flat and has offered to place a loft bed if the next tenant is interested. ID 2546
